I have been unable to lose weight and of course need toeat less( im weighing my food now to get accurate caloriecount) while keeping sodium between 1000 and 2000 mgper day. I exercise on a treadmill which tells me how manycalories I burn in a given session and of course I have thedigital scale which shows my actual weight. Is there a software program that allows you to input these and/or other data to produce a graph or is a traditionalhand plotted graph the suggested route??please advise.

there are sites where you can enter that info and keep it, but you can't always carry your computer around to enter everything you do or consume. keeping a handwritten diary is easier. you can buy one already printed and you just fill in the blanks, you can print one off from a site, or you can just buy a blank notebook and write it all down there. keeping a diary, no matter how you do it, will help you lose more weight than if you don't keep track at all.

I'm sure there's a computer system that could print out a graph for you...like a nutrition website..but you could also tally it up on paper

There are several actual sites out there you can use, like fitday.com, thedailyplate.com, caloriecount.about.com, nutridiary.com. I personally prefer thedailyplate.

Great post! I totally understand how you feel. I'm also trying to lose weight and I found this great product which is working for me (it's all 100% natural - a colon cleanse that was really gentle on my body. I feel so good and I lost 15 pounds). You can check the website at http://www.diet-fun-help.us , I had a free trial and paid less than $5.00 shipping and handling. Best of luck!

I found this on this website. There are more tips and info.1. If what you are eating has less than 1 carb, count it as 1 carb just to be sure.2. Totally avoid caffine at least for the first two weeks on the program.3. Drink a MINIMUM of 8 glasses of plain water or seltzer daily.4. Don't weigh yourself more than once a week5. Take starting measurements as well as weight - sometimes you'll lose inches before pounds6. Avoid any type of "low carb" sweetener for the first two weeks7. Don't compare your loss to someone else's - this is a YMMV thing (your milage may vary)8. Stalls are common around the third week so don't panic9. If you follow your plan to the T and don't lose, consider Candida as a possibility and avoid vinegar, cheese, mushrooms and any other fermented food10. Have bloodwork done before starting so you have a comparison11. Cholesterol can be elevated in the first few weeks til your body adjusts - make sure your doctor knows that you're doing low carb and when you started12. Don't blame the diet if you don't read your plan book -- blame the diet if you don't read the labels -- Don't blame the diet if you don't follow the dietGo to:
