| I REALLY REALLY REALLY NEED TO LOOSE WEIGHT. and i'm tired of answers saying i'm just fine. i'm 13, 5"3 and 108 pounds. i just want to loose 10 poundsa nd make it muscle becasue all i am is fat! squishy pokey FAT!can someone make an effective diet plan and exercise routine that a teen could fit into their life?! i've tried running as many miles as i can, and eating fruits and stuff but i'm gaining not loosing. i'm like a centimeter away from going anorexic! |

| you said you've tried running and the weight won't come off . . . maybe that's because you are building muscle and muscle weighs more than fat. So if you are running and not gaining weight that actually means that you are losing fat (because if you still had the fat combined with the muscle you would be gaining weight).You don't need to lose weight to get rid of "flab" you just need to tone. Eat lean meats and weight lift. |
