I ran 3 miles this morning, and now I feel like going to the gym to get in a basketball game. I'm currently on a weight loss program, and I don't want to sabotage it. I do cardio about 5 days a week, and lift weights 3 days a week.

As long as you don't hurt yourself and exercise doesn't take so much time out of your life that you start ignoring your other responsibilities.

Eh... just keep weight lifting at least every other day. Judging from your schedule, you seem fine on the lifting part.Cardio on the other hand is fine as long as you don't overexert yourself. Just make sure you eat enough food.
