| I'm a 15 year old female, I weigh 197 pounds, I'm 5' 11'', muscular, and I have a bigger frame. I would love to be in the 180's 170's by May, but I don't know what to do exactly. Here's my excercise thing:Monday & Wednesday I take karate. (3-45 minute classes every night)I do 50 crunches a dayI sometimes run/walk 1.5 milesHow can I take what I do and transform it into a steady non fail plan? Also, what do I eat? Any help would be greatly appreciated! |

Wow. You seriously are overtoned there!And since you're tall, I think it would be easy for you to lose weight since the weight can distribute in your body.And for diet, I'd suggest drinking so much water to combat eating pangs (if you have it usually) and avoid too much starchy foods. But if you feel hungry after an intense exercise, then I'd suggest you eat small amounts of fiber foods 5 times a day. It's a way to keep your energy.And May's still long, so I'd bet you can lose weight by balanced diet but not too much exercise.Hope I helped!PSI did karate too. It was awesome.  |

| don't starve, whatever you do! it wont aid weight loss. it will leave u too weak to exercise! follow a practical diet. have a snack every three hours. fruit or soy nuts. Make sure your plate has this ratio - 50% veg, 25% carb, 25% protein. pick a exercise regime you like. but lose only 1 kilo a week. flaxseed is an excellent omega-3 rich food, it helps in weight loss, bones, arthirits, skin, hair....everything.have 1 tbsp for every 100 ponuds of weight with six times the yougurt or milk. |
