Has anyone else had negative reactions to Medifast?

I lost 20 pounds last fall using the program and then took a break over the holidays without gaining weight back. I have been trying the past month to resume the plan and I am very tired, headachy and nauseous. I really should lose 20 more pounds to be at a healthy weight for my age and height. But something is wrong and it's worrying me. Has anyone else encountered this type of issue with Medifast?
