| im 16, 6' 2'', and 242 lbs. i would like to gain more muscle, but would like a good work out plan if anyone has one to sugggest... i only have a weight set that goes up to 90 lbs. and i dont want to take any supplements. So can someone like help set up a workout scheduel... fyi- i get home from school at 5 because of volleyball practice |

| i say thAT u lift weights in the mornig. get up at 5:00 and get lifting at school or anywhere at 6:00 and lift till 6;30. |

| hit the weights dude...and eat plenty of foods with protein...cause thats what makes your muscles grow... |
