I'm very aware that this is unhealthy, however I don't care. Please do not go on about how unhealthy it is.I know I will more than likely gain the weight back, please don't go on about that either.And don't tell me I need more variety, please.ANYWAY;All I had today was a butter biscuit (small, and unhealthy I know)a few bites of a banana.and nothing to drink.Tommrow:I plan on eating nothing, if I have to then just a banana or maybe a few bites of it. With nothing to drink.Tuesday: Nothing to eat, but just some tea, that's all.Wednesday:I can have anything, but just a small portion of it. (I'm a vegan so yeah..)Maybe a little water.And I want to continue that throughout the week until Sunday.Will I have lost weight? About how much do you think?

you are not trying to loose weight; you are trying to kill yourself. Especially with the no drinking anything, and then the day that you do it's tea( diuretic= peeing)

Make sure you drink or you'll end up in the hospital. I also think that it is likely your body will go into starvation mode and hold onto the weight rather than lose it.

In one week, I'd say 5-8 pounds.I'm not going to tell you unhealthy that is because I do that all the time too with nothing until 6pm. Which is usually tea and apple.

you need to drink water or u will dehydrate yourself and pass out ending up in a hospital where they will give u food from an IV. drink alot of water, it will help fill you up. Then eat a variety of vegetables. they are good for u and also fill you up. what u are doing is starving yourself and then eating starches....which will eventually trigger your body to store everything you eat as fat. plus you are not going to get the nutrients you need to do the things you do on a daily basis. yes if you went on this crash horrid diet for one week you may lose 5 lbs but try it for 2 weeks you wont lost more, you will be in the hospital.

Tea. Green tea. Drink that whenever you get hungry, because if you don't drink, your body automatically stores a whole bunch of fat in response. Green tea also boosts your metabolism, so you ban burn more fat. Still eat the banana so that you can at least function. Please don't do this for too long.
