I have found myself eating when I am not hungry, just out of habit. I love food, but I am gaining unnessesary weight from this. I get a lot of bad sugar from drinks like coffee and hot coco, and I don't eat a lot of sweets, I eat good food, but too much of it, and too often. What can i do to curb my habit, and take my mind off of eating just cuz I pass through the kitchen?

I used to have the same problem. You probably eat because your bored. Am I right? You need to occupy yourself with you go toward the fridge. Write a note on the fridge that asked - are you really hungry or do you want food? - Chew a piece of gum, take a shower, call someone, paint your toenails, write an email, ect.
