| but would this getting up to change channels say once every 30 mins between TV programs be enough to shed the fat? |

| They have given you really good advice but, no, it's not enough. You have to also do some type of cardio for atleast 30m. When you get up to change the channel you are moving instead of sitting. You have to burn off more calories than you put in your system to lose the weight. |

| Im a single mom, so i dont have time for working out, so a couple weeks ago i was watching an Oprah Winfrey rerun ,and Beyonce' said she used this diet to loose weight for the movie Dreamgirls. so i looked up the site and there she was on the front page taking about it, i 've been on it 5 days and i have lost 8lbs so far (with no excercise). so when in doubt you should do what the smart stars do..hope this helps. http://themastercleansesecrets.com |
