Breakfast- Oatmeal with banana and strawberries and nuts. lunch- A few nachos (not as healthy as i normally eat) and only a few bites of my grilled chicken cobb salad. im supposed to have a snack after lunch,so i wanted something quick with protein. I had 2 small peanut butter cookies. Is that a healthy snack??and what do you think of the other 2 meals i ate today??any oppinions?thanks in advance =] |

| You did well at breakfast. Very heathy! For lunch, you could do a bit better by eating more of your salad, but you already know that, I'm sure. :)As for a snack, 2 pb cookies aren't the best, but not the worst either. Why not try instead a tablespoon of peanut butter with some whole wheat crackers. It will have more protein and the crackers will have some fiber. Both filling. Good luck in your battle to overcome anorexia! |

| If you don't want a lot but need the nutrition and you want it to go down fast try a meal substitute. One of those drinks that has vitamins and fiber in it. It will give your body some solidity and you won't feel like you ate a lot, cause all you did was have a drink! =) Good luck! =) |

I'm also trying to lose weight and I found this great product which is working for me (it's all 100% natural - a colon cleanse that was really gentle on my body. I feel so good and I lost 15 pounds). You can check the website at http://www.diet-fun-help.us , I had a free trial and paid less than $5.00 shipping and handling. Best of luck! |

| scratch the peanut butter cookies in favor of fresh fruit. You start eating too much peanut butter and you can end up getting a mild allergy to peanuts. I know been there done that. Here is something else you might put to good use.Do you know why the British are called limey's?It is because of the British sailors eating limes to keep from getting rickets and scurvy. It worked too they took more than one ship prize because of being healthier.Advantage of that was:They were able to fire a board side reload their canon and fire another board side in less than two minutes on a continous basis. What I am telling you is there are a lot more advantages to eating fresh fruit like oranges, lemons, limes, peaches, tangerines than just taking a vitamin "C" tablet. If you need an energy boost stay away from those energy drinks like Amp, Red Bull etc. Most of them have enough caffine in them to keep a company of Marines up twenty four hours. That is not good for you.Get you some dried fruit trail mix. That makes a good snack and easy to carry. Also for a sustained energy boost beef jerky is easy and convenient to carry as well. You can find them both at Wal Mart. You just hang in there we are going to get you through this problem your are having with anorexia. |
