i am 13 and i gain and loose weight so easily but i am getting my braces off so i am going to change and i wanted to know what a good exercise and dieting plan would be so i could maitain a certain weight and eat healthier because i know i would look better...

Don't eat anything you know you shouldn't like cake, candy, and soda. If you want something sweet, have sugar free gum. Exercise everyday for 45-60 minutes. Make sure you do weight lifting too. You probably will lose mostly inches, and not pounds bcuz you will gain muscle mass, which is good.Why'd I get a "thumbs down"? It's great advice for people who stuff their face.

I have the same prob but worse. Try to exercise and eat fruits and veges. Don't just read this, DO this. It will work.

i think just go for walks, and try not to eat the bad foods. Just eat healthy and enjoy your life no matter what you look like your fine!

Well im 13 too so i think i wud no! Umm the things i do to lose weight is to do a range of exercising, swimming, running, push ups, sit ups and stuff. Combine all that with a good diet like weetbix for brekkie, salad sandwhich for lunch and different things for dinner, im pretty healthy. Join some sports clubs too! that will keep you motivated and its a great way to make new friends! Beleive me, from experience, its worked for me! Good luck!!

excersize plans. these are always good. And eating. I like fruit do you? I think tht is a great eating plan. I don't rememer what I did at 13? I guess stay away from TV and places that it is easy to cheat. 13 was a while ago. But do you understand it is easy to veg in front of the tv? I'm pretty sure you are smart enough to conceptualize thisWE
