| I need someone to help me with a workout plan where I can lose weight bt not gain muscle right now. I am about 170 lbs and I want to get down to at least 150 before the summer timeI have been doing the elliptical for 60 minutes since January and have not lost any weight just gain a few pounds. Can someone please help me!! |

| Walking up the stairs instead of taking the elevator, walking uphill also helpsBut you must also watch you diet, leave out one item that you like, like potato chips |

| a 60 minute elliptical jog/walk is not enough. Even if you do this exercise then eat that much then the calories you've lost were replaced and even gained more. An exercise + a proper diet are needed in losing weight. One of the basics is that limit carbohydrate intake. |
