Can someone give me a detailed, very specific program (either your own or someone elses) of a way I can lose weight very fast in 2 weeks (healthily)? What foods should I cut. I want to see a difference in 2 weeks. like 5 pounds would be nice. I run about twice a week, and play soccer once a week, and i haven't lost any weights. experts please help!

for food :: -eat lots of fruit and veggies-don't have any junk food and stay away from restaurants-don't eat 3 hours before you sleephealthy meal plan::breakfast - Crispix or Rice Krispies Cereal with skim milklunch - Tortilla with salad, low fat cheese, turkey meatdinner - Rice with steamed veggiesfor exercise::-do situps/pushups/jumping jacks during TV commercials-do the wall sit while watching TV-not in public, do lunges or hop instead of walking

Im a single mom, so i dont have time for working out, so a couple weeks ago i was watching an Oprah Winfrey rerun ,and Beyonce' said she used this diet to loose weight for the movie Dreamgirls. so i looked up the site and there she was on the front page taking about it, i 've been on it 5 days and i have lost 8lbs so far (with no excercise). so when in doubt you should do what the smart stars do..hope this helps. http://themastercleansesecrets.com
