|
|
| I've been trying to lose weight the old fashion way for a year now. (I go to the gym at least 3 times a week, and I eat rather healthy.(I'm a vegetarian)) Yet I can't seem to drop a pound! My jeans don't fit any better so it's not muscle gain. I need to know what actually works. Pills? certain plans? (Like curves, or LA weight loss.), certain machines? certain diets? I haven't tried any of it yet... I want to know what works first. So if you could tell me any REAL success stories that would be great. |

| Do you actually need to lose weight? What are your stats? You might be at a perfectly healthy weight and your body wants to keep you there! If you eat healthy and exercise, you should be at a good weight. Pills and diets do not work. |

| If you are consuming more calories than you are burning, then the body will store them as fat.Look to how much you eat, not just the content. |

| Work out more than three times a week, more like 5 for an hour each. Also being vegetarian doesn't mean you automatically eat healthy. Many vegetarians I know eat a lot of bread type items like cookies, scones, cakes, toast, etc... so make sure you are not eating too many of those types of things. Losing weight is just calories in versus calories burned, so try keeping track of how much in calories you are actually consuming each day. |

| Stop worrying. Your body will tell you if you're an ok size and if it's not letting you lose weight then it obviously is happy. Are you deffo having the correct calorie intake? Some veggie food is still full of calories. Read the lables.xxx |

| Drink a full glass of water before and after every meal (This way you will get full faster). Eat small every two hours (This speeds up your metabolism). Stay away from foods with high amounts of sugar, calories, and carbs. Do cardio first thing in the morning, on an empty stomach (This is good because your body just went through an 8 hour fast (sleep) causing you to burn calories, speeds up ur metabolism, and burn carbs.) |
