| Hey. I am a 19 yr old guy. I weight 90kg/198lb and I am about 6 foot. I need to lose weight and gain muscle - I want a "hot" body. Obviously a combination of diet and exercise is the only way to get there. I need help with constructing a good exercise regime. I'm not afraid of working hard, very hard. I start university in October and I want to have lost the weight and gained muscle by then. Here's a list of what I'm contemplating:-Mon-Fri 5.30am-7am: SWIMMING SQUAD-Mon, Wed, Fri: WEIGHTS-After weights: INTENSE CARDIO (RUNNING MACHINE, BIKE ETC) AT GYM (how long for? one hour? two hours? more?)-Tuesday and Thursday: Intense cardio workout at gymWhat do you think of this? Remember I'm not afraid of working hard and I want results. Is it good as it is or can you advise me on a better action plan???Thanks!!! |

| I always do Winsor Pilates every summer, but since you're a guy, idk whether you want to build lean muscles with it. WP is the first and only exercise plan i've ever followed through. I even lost weight w/o using the tapes. I just did what people did on tv and tried to do it the same way. I lost so many pounds that summer. I'm hooked for life! But you're a guy, i would recommend buy the turbo jam video exercises that they advertise on the informercial and see if it works. I think you can stick with it. Good Luck! |
