You can do it yourself, you must just have the drive to go for it.First things first your diet. Make sure your eating NO junk whatsoever,. eat low calorie foods and drink lots of water.Go swimming do some jogging and in your local gym or home, use equipment suited to work muscles. Aswell as being thin you'll be toned. I recommend sit ups, leg raises and push ups. In a month you will see fabulous results.I hope you enjoy your new you ina month

you could try a liquid diet, it's fast, but if you don't eat right after you're done, you'll gain it all back, and then some.

True weight loss is never quick. Maybe 1-2 pounds a week can be typical for someone who exercises 4 times a week and eats healthy. Weight watchers is a great way to change your views on eating.

I've heard the Nutrisystem program is really good. I think whatever you plan on doing, a LOT of exercise is the only key. If you eat right but don't exercise, don't plan on seeing extraordinary results. Of course there are pills you can take, but that is not a healthy option and a lot of the "new pills" are really just uppers in disguise, so you could end up hooked on them. A grapefruit and a hard boiled egg for breakfast, tuna for lunch, and a salad with light dressing for dinner (no blue cheese or ranch!) worked for me! Good luck!

If you really want to get serious, you can try the Kekwick diet, conceived by professor Alan Kekwick, which has been thoroughly researched, tested, and scientifically proven to burn fat at a quicker rate than fasting alone. The Kekwick plan is about 60 years old and is well-known to nutritionists and doctors. Most would not recommend it, as it is generally regarded as dangerous and high-risk due to the rapid rate of weight loss. However, if you are desperate and willing to take the risk there is no question that you WILL lose weight at an incredibly rapid weight, averaging 8 lbs a week. I know it is difficult for most people to comprehend how the combination of caloric restriction and a diet composed of 80% fat can lead to weight loss, but as a licensed nutritionist, I can confirm the scientific basis of this diet. If you need further proof, try the plan for 2-3 days and I guarantee you will see the results yourself. Additionally, you can try testing yourself with Ketone sticks after a couple of days, which will measure the body fat you have burned. I must mention that you should not continue on this diet for any longer than one to two weeks, due to the health risks involved.
