No idea, but I bet you couldn't walk as long in heels than in sneakers. Good question.  |

| I am pretty sure it's the same. But heels are not good for your feet young lady.whatever i wear them anyway too. |

| Probably yes - it takes more effort from your legs' small stabilizer muscles to keep your balance.Having said that, I have to assume the difference is very, very small!! |

| yes, you're feet are more sore, because you've used your foot muscles more, and the more you use your muscles, the more calories you're burning. |
