| different strokes for different folks...some good, reputable brands are newbalance, aasics, nike, brooks...think of a good pair of walking shoes as an investment... you get what you pay for... if you go cheap on a pair of crappy $20 reeboks, you're gonna mess up your knees and lower back.go to the shoe store and try some on, walk around... find one that is comfortableif the salespeople sound like they dont know what they're talking about...chances are they dont...go elsewhere |
