How much do you excercise?

I do an hour a day at the gym, along with some morning yoga or pilates. Sometimes, I do additional excercise by playing DDR. And in the warm weather, I go hiking.

I exercised an hr everyday for almost 2 yrs and it was great. I did all kinds ,walks yogo, gym, cardio...Than I had to get a hysterectomy and I haven't been back since...I got off the wagon and I have to get back on NOW! Thanks for reminding me...

I'm still trying to get into exercising. I try to exercise 4 times a week for 30 minutes. It's hard for me cuz I'm not used to it. In the summer I go for walks with my mom for 45 min.

usually 90 mimnutes. Dancing alo helps a lot!

about 10 to 30 minutes of cardiovascular excercise like the stationary bike; and about an hour weight lifting with my trainer; at least 3 to 4 times a week

I got to the gym 3 or 4 times a week for about and 1 to 1 1/2 hours.

I do a variety of exercises. I walk,jog,run,strength training,baseball,football,jump rope,bicycle riding,Uechi Ryu Karate. Time wise ...depends usually two hours a day.

Im a distance track sunner so on most days I run 3-7 miles sometimes 8...However, with that intensity, breaks are needed. Im on a break until spring track.
