You are over working your muscles. Have a day or two rest on each muscle group.Work your upper body one day then your lower the next giving your muscles time to recover. Take it a little slower, use lighter weight and longer sets to work off your belly then add the weight for strength and abdominal definition.Abs take alot of work. I had the same problem at first and that was working my abs every second day.My suggestion is 2 - 3 times per week, this is very effective.(when i said lighter weight i mean it, really light and really long sets, this should burn the fat of your belly) Hope this helps

Sit ups will not help. While they do improve muscle, they don't burn fat. If you do them and also lose fat, you'll find you have a 6pack afterwards, but you can't see it until the fat is gone. You need to do fat burning exercises as well as weight training. Good luck!Wink Capaz De Todo xxx♥♥♥xxx
