?????????????? help me out?HI buddiesi am doing weight training for 6 days per week.I do cardio for 5 days for 20 minutes each day rigorous after my 40 minutes of weight training.I have fairly good definition and shape throughout my body but my stomach is still has belly ,particularly starting from my upper stomach immediately beneath my chest.why is this I also do ab exercise for 5 days + in good proper diet.I "ve been in gym for 2 months now.I am male,5"7,150 pounds,but unbelievably have a belly.please tell me why this happens ?how can I overcome this?My stomach is flat when I wake up in the morning and as I eat each meal my stomach becomes swelled.is this any sort of gastric problem or may be because of bad breathing technique(my breathing is very shallow)

Practice sucking your tummy in when you're standing up, and stand straight. It also helps when you do some sit ups. Drinking beer gives this kind of tummy bulge. It is called beer guts.

Also, if you carbo-load, you get really bloated, because the body doesn't digest carbs as well as it does proteins. So stay away from simple sugars, eat only whole wheat breads and pastas, and if your belly doesn't flatten out, see a doc to test for irritable bowel syndrome or some other digestive problem.
