Hey guys,first off, I am 21 year old, F, 5 4' 117lbs. I'm not looking to drop too much weight, just the extra 4 or 5 lbs max. I Just want to get toned up and lose the little bit of extra fat under my belly button!So for the past month I have been going to the gym 6 days a week and have also been strength training. Burning 500-700 calories with cardio and a steady weight routine.... some yoga & pilates but I am not seeing any changes, am I doing something wrong? Any tips?Thanks! Wink

Since you are already slim it will take a little longer to loose the weight Make sure to work the lower abs alot if thats where you want to loose the fatIt is more important to have a really good specified weight routine than to do lots of cardio
