| Can someone (please know what you're talking about) give me a sample of what to eat for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks? I'm underweight, and I'd like to gain a few pounds and maintain a healthy weight. Also, should I try protein shakes? I'm 5'5" and 100 lbs @ age 15. I know, I know-- but I am an extremely active athlete/runner.Thanks! |

| i dont know what to tell u for healthy meals and such im pretty sure ur already eating healthy so just increase ur calorie intake by like 500 until u get to desired weight.as far as protein shakes go, as long as u are staying active and exercising they won't hurt u..its only when u dont exercise and take excessive protein will it hurt you.goodluck |

| Basacally all you need to do is increase the calories you're eating so that there is more going in than being used.It doesn't really matter what food it is along as reasonably healthy. You don't need any supplements, you should be able to get all you need from food. |
