So the question is when I was a member my instructor gave us some web sites to visit where people have calculated points that are not in the books that you purchase upon joining and some of the sites have tips and reciepes. I can't find the list. I know one was something about a lady named Dottie, another was something like skinny week or something close to that. If anyone out there has any idea about these things, please forward me the info. There were about 5 sites all together. I have gained about 14 pounds in the last year and really need to get it off. I am trying to do it on my own until I save up a little cash to go back and join. Any and all info is appreciated. I really feel like the weight watchers plan works and I support it 100%. I lost 65 lbs before I stopped going. I have had great results with this program and I have about 30 lbs all together to lose in order to meet my goal. It did not help gaining that 14 lbs back, but I am ready to get back on track. Thanks!
