i am 5 feet 9 inches and want to weigh 130 pounds, i currently weigh 147 pounds, over the summer i lost 30 pounds and then gained 10 back. so i want to lose 17 pounds before swimsuit season. i want to know how your personal weight loss happened, i am looking for a plan that i can stick to, i am a vegetarian but i eat eggs and dairy. if a main dish is meat dont worry cuz ill just substituteso please put down your meal plan for a day, or a week if youd like and by meal plan i mean as exact as you can about what you atealso if you can include your workout schedule (what days of the week, what you did, how many reps, etc.) that would be VERY helpfulthank you guys so much for your helpi am hoping to fit into a juniors size about 5 by the end of thisi shop in juniors cuz im 12but regardless of my age please leave the information and dont just say "consult a doctor" |

| Hey, well I drew myself up a little table to keep track of all my dieting and exercise.I've been walking 3-4 days a week, lifting weights, doing situps, jumping on my trampoline. Oh and I dance.For breakfast I have a bowl of bran cereal. A few hours later I may have a piece of fruit. For lunch I have a salad sandwhich. A healthy snack at around 3pm. For dinner I have chicken & vegetables with rice. A few hours later I'll have a light snack. And I've been drinking nothing but water.I've lost about 2.2 pounds and i started a couple of days ago.I'm 62.2kg (136lbs) and want to get to 55kg and see how i go from there. |

| Talk with your mom about a kids diet that is healthy for you to lose the weight with out any major problems in the future. There are plenty of websites that can help you with you decision. |

| i havent done this but im sure it will make u loose weightafter school jog or dance 30 min or jump on trampoline and lots of crunches and situps =D hope i helped |

| I'm 5'11 and weighted 260lbs. In August 2007 I decided I really need to lose weight. My goal is to weigh 150lbs. Currently I weigh around 190lbs. I lost weight by making my own food plan for 7 days using Canada's Food Guide website. I eat every 2 hours; 3 meals and 3 snacks and drink water. When I went back to school in September since I take transit bus I would get off at a stop and walk 20 minutes to school. Now that it's getting harder to lose that last 40 lbs exercise more. I do 60-100 step-ups using the stairs. I do pilates bun and thighs exercises. 100 sit up/crunches. Jump rope for 10 minutes (very tiring lol) My meal plan is very long if you want to see it just email me @ sweeet_angel1234@hotmail.com. Anyways good luck on your weight lose. |
