| cardio - 3 to 4 times a week for 30 minutes will help get rid of overall bodyfat to include the back. (walking, jogging, swimming, bicycling).Supermans. Lie on your stomach with your arms and legs stretched out. Raise your arms and legs off the ground a few inches, hold a few seconds, and then lower. Repeat. Good Mornings. Standing with feet shoulder-width apart, rest a body bar across your shoulders and take hold of either side with palms facing forward. Keeping knees slightly bent and torso straight, slowly bend from your hips until your upper body is parallel to the floor. Sit in a chair and tie a resistance band around a sturdy structure, such as a doorknob, at elbow height, 2 to 3 feet in front of you. Hold one end of band in each hand, palms facing each other. Bend elbows and pull band toward your ribs, pressing shoulders back and together. Stand with feet hip-width apart, holding a 5-pound dumbbell in each hand. Bend forward from the hips. Remaining in that position, draw elbows up to perform a row. |
