I have read tons of information regarding the benefits of pure royal jelly - not in a pill form. I eat healthy foods and practice yoga and pilates everyday. I do not have the energy that I want. I want to try royal jelly or bee pollen, but I am a little skeptical if these 2 products are as great as the consumers says they are.

I HAVE!!!!!OMG My energy level has went way up and I sleep well at night! MAKE ABSOLUTELY SURE YOU GET FRESH royal jelly and pollen from a reputable source. I have gotten some that really didn't work. The two best places arewww.beeroyalproducts.com or www.beealive.comBee Royal is much cheaper so that is where I get mine now but the quality of the same.

I think it is remarkable and a miracle! I had ulcerated colitis and they said I would have it forever. I started taking bee royal jelly from bee royal products and it went away the Dr couldn't and still don't believe it. NO LESIONS AT ALL!!!! A diet for thirty days of boiled potatoes and steamed broccoli and royal jelly and I am all clear.
