Well I am going to begin a new diet Monday along with doing Pilates and Yoga and I really need to know what types of "healthy" foods to eat. I'm not a big cooker so it would have to be quick and simple. Any ideas?!!

Lean Cuisine, Healthy Choice or Smart Ones dinners with some added veggies, Subway food, Soups, Salads, Sandwiches. 100 calorie packs, veggies, nuts, fruits for snacks in between. Drink plenty of water!Only thing about most of these foods are that they contain a lot of sodium. Honestly, you would be best just braving it and making some nutritious meals.

fruits and vegetables have the lowest calories with the most nutrition. Also-eating nuts will fill you up very quickly and will help you stay full in between meals but try to stick to raw, unsalted nuts

I really like the Smart Ones dinners. They range from 140 to about 450 calories, and come in lots of varieites. I tend to get full off one dinner and 16 oz. of tea.If you can find a supermarket that has a special on them, I say load up.
