I'm 13 years oldI'm bombarded with homework.I get up at 5:45 in the morning to get ready for school.I do my homwork until around 8:00 at night. Every since field hockey ended i have been on the sleepy side. I feel sluggish and don't have much energy. I can feel like i'm gaining weight, or fat around my stomache. I hardly have time to exercise but when i do, i have no idea what to do. I have no mebership to a gym or any indoor training things except for a bike. Are there any suggestions on how to lose and stay a good healthy weight along with also keeping my muscles toned??? Thanks so much,missyfashion3

Hi dude, I am in the same position, we have 2 weeks off school and theres a fine girl i want to impress, over the last week I skipped lunch at school and kept the money for electronics =pI have also been doing 60-120 sit ups per day, i am a large 60kg, I am 15, the top end of 9 stoneI can feel abs coming through, and my stomach going downIf you intend to have 3 meals per day here is what i adviseBreakfast - Bran flakes / Special kLunch- Tuna/salad/apple and slice of unbuttered bread/pear and piece of toastDinner -Wholemeal Pasta (it's brown and healthier) with any type of fish I advise Salmon, steam it and mix with the pasta, do not be tempted to add cheesePS. You will lose 20 pounds in 1 month trust me. I got a 6 pack from this And don't forget to pick me as best answer

AHH!your not the only one!i swear my coach didn't pick me for THREE teams b/c im larger, or coldn't run as fast.volleyball, basketball, softball...its not fairim better than half the people she has picked!i wanna get healther too...ummmm just if you cant workout during the week, ride your bike or something for a while over the weekend, or ask your parents to join a gym, or the YMCA. and try to get LOTS of sleep, i dont know why, but it helps.GOOD LUCKKK!!!!!! Wink
