im 18 years old, about 5'8/5'9, 175lbs. iv only been drinking water for almost 4 years or more now. its all i drink. i also try to stay away from sweets as much as i can, i never eat sweets. but i eat just about anything from chicken to burgers and pizza..i need a good meal plan to help me lose weight..i try to run every night but i dont run as much as i should, im probably going to bump it up to maybe a mile a night or more.im so tired of being pudgy, i have been all my life. im going to try the 3 day diet monday maybe, iv done it before and its worked..but gained the weight back usually in a month or so..any help or advice would be great..thanks

Cut out the carbs (i.e. pizza).Or, you could try the Crystal Meth diet.No, just cut out the carbs.

Try to avoid all those salty, fatty and sweet treats, instead of a burger and fries, maybe a grilled chicken breast and a salad.And when you get some cravings for food, eat an apple, yogurt, low fat cereal or yogurt and drink plenty of waterFor workout Id suggest you add muscle training as well, as muscle helps burn muscle better, and some cardio to help your cardiovascular system to moves blood faster burning more calories and insifying your workouts

Try to get more information on dieting, weight loss articles, health and fitness articles, weight loss forum and BMI calculator at my profile and get the advise from them to lose weight fast and healthy.
