| I am having BMI around 26. I walk for minimum 6 kilo meters in 75 minutes daily for the past 45 days. I drink lot of water(min. 3 litres per day). My abdomen size is reduced significantly around 1 inch. But my weight is not reducing. Is it because the fat getting burnt? Is it normal one? Kindly explain what is going on with my metabolism. |

| Good for you! You're probably adding muscle at the same time you're losing fat, so they kind of balance each other out. You're really supposed to go more by inches than weight. It sounds like you're doing really good. Keep it up. |
