You shouldn't go by what you weight, you should go by the fit of your clothes. Muscle weights more than fat, so if you lose weight chances are that you are going to lose muscle.Try a different excercise class(es) to what you normally do, your body gets used to the same excercise and your shape doesn't change

Loosing weight is not the answer. You need to work out with weights. The lower the weights you use, you will loose weight, the higher the weights you use you will gain muscle. Add another 10-20 lbs to your work out. Remember to alternate uppers and lowers every other day. GOOD LUCK!!!!

The answer you are looking for is nutrition and rest. You're doing the weights and the exercise right, but if your body isn't given time to replenish it's nutrition stores or sufficient rest, then your muscles don't grow.Make sure you eat regularly throughout the day (5times a day is good, just smaller portions), up your protein take, and cut down the simple sugars/fats (white bread, candy, crisps etc) and up the complex carbs and fats slightly (nuts, brown bread, oats, brown pasta/rice).Protein Shake is ideal in the morning and straight after a work out to give your muscles the amino acids needed for rebuilding and repair.Muscles don't grow in the gym, they grow outside of it.
