I work at a place now in which i must live. There is no tv, and i don't know where anything is. When i DO have free time I'm on the internet. Is there any online exercise video with cardio that's at least 15 mins long ? I use to do that Gilad show on fit tv .....but now no tv  I can't buy the dvds cause.....no tv I don't want to just sit on my butt and the only free time i have is like at 5 am. I don't want to go walking here when it's dark. Too dangerous. |
