| The interesting question is: What will your weight be in a year?Like with all extreme diets (and this is one of them) you loose weight and then put on more. You need to do slow, positive changes to your diet and lifestyle to stay fit forever. |

| Nobody can answer this, people lose weight differently. We would need to know a lot more about you and specifics of your diet and exercise. Just keep it up! But, food doesnt have to be raw to be good for you - I am always nervous about fad diets - basically if it has a name, I would avoid it. Remember the food pyramid when we were kids? A balanced diet from all groups? Bingo, thier we go - nothing has changed - we just get confused because too many diet people are trying to sell us something and they try to convince everyone you must be on so-so diet to lose weight. A balanced diet and exercise will do it, period. Anyway, yeah i kind of strayed off point. No way to know what you will lose in a month, just stick with it and find out. |
