I always eat a lot and food gives me a nice warm feeling, I started a work that require a lot of walking, I was thinking it will get me in shape but I come home really tired and only food bring me comfort so i eat even more than before. I can't watch tv , read or be in the computer without chewing something... It's really creepy, before I was kind a ok with it because I wasn't gaining much weight but in the last year I gained more than 22 pounds! And now I discovered my leather jacket won't close on me. It is like the most expensive thing I have in my closet and I was really looking up for winter to wear it. I have to do something but I don't know how to stop eating...I tryed everything and I'm just addicted.

You might just be growing and they say you should eat what you crave because that's what your body needs. Hey I love to eat too! But i am not fat. you don't sound very fat either. you can get 22 pounds off easy with exercises.

Try changing your attitude towards food. Don't think of it as a comfort, think of it as necessary for your survival. You are probably eating the wrong kinds of food. If you eat a lot of fast-food or processed food, they could be zapping your energy. If you modify your diet, the walking will help you to lose weight, have more energy and feel healthier. If you have a constant need to have something in your mouth, try gum. Make a few changes now and your leather jacket should fit again soon.

Use will power. Also, if you need to chew something, let it be something healthy like a carrot or celery stick. Change what you eat, keep walking and it will make you thinner.

There is help out there for you. Your body is a brilliant machine and it craves what it does not have. So say your not getting all of your nutrition that your body needs it is going to let you know that. Since it just can’t come right out and say “this is what I need” it gives you hints and cravings is a way of telling you something is not right. I was introduced to Isagenix a while back it is a cleansing program not a diet. My big things were cookies, cheese and bread I just couldn’t stop eating them. Then I did the cleanse and my cravings went away and I am able to make smarter choices when it comes to food I can still indulge in my favorite foods but I don’t feel like “I NEED THEM” life will still go on. My energy level is also much better before it took a canon to get me out of bed but now I just hop right out and am ready for the day. I think this cleanse will help you out a lot they have great success stories on the web site just check it out.
