of it , I want to loose weight but its winter, I am not sure what exactly to do. I do not have money for a tread mill, I want to walk but it raining outside. If I cut sugar out completely and started drinking 5 32 ounce glasses of water a day and joged in place How much weight would I loose in one week? How long should I jog in place . I am always feeling hungry. like I will eat and then 30 minutes later I will be hungry again and feel like have ate nothing all day I mean what should I freeken do. I am 20 and I only have 2 months before I turn 21 I am tired of it I don't have any friends to help me loose weight and well what should I do that does not cost any money ?

Well, first you need to restrict your calorie intake. Limit yourself to 1200 calories a day. Drink water whenever you feel hungey. Sometimes hungerpain is just thirst. Make a point not to eat unless your stomach is growling. Eat 6 small meals a day to space it out. Drink lots of water and invest in an exercise video. You can even rent one from the library. If not, just move constantly to get your heartrate up. Jogging in place, jumping jacks, dancing....Good Luck

I use to be the cubby kid in high school now I can run 6 minutes mile and bench twice my weight so listen up. If you want to lose weight or be fit. Do not drink any liquids besides water that is the most important thing. remeber to become fit it is proven that...70 percent dieting10 suplliments20 excercisingRun a distance until you feel like you've had it and dont be a wimp and run half a mile and quit. the next day try to run more. the next day push your self for one more block. and so on... you have to know you want it in order. do not have the mentallity thinking you cant do it, most of it is fighting against yourself in your mind rather than your body. go to vitamin world or GNC and buy strictly shakes made for weightloss and i recommend hydroxycut black if you ever get the money. To make a long story short drink water and stay away from caleries and fatty foods! Do not buy a big mac it will completely defeat the whole purpose of excercising trust me!!!the best excersises are push ups chin ups and sit ups. all natural and do not require any weight. my body has turned into a fat slob to a animal. I can now do 115 and 2 years ago only 21. DIET EXCERSISE and THINK POSITIVE. It is a mind game believe me!!!!

You can probably find a rebounder (mini-trampoline) for $50, that's a fun way to exercise indoors. Or check-out some exercise video's from the library (that's free) and use them.The key is regular exercise (4 - 5 times a week) and you've got to stop treating boredom with food. That's a common problem, we get bored and start thinking about food.If you control your eating and start regular exercise, you can lose 2 - 3 pounds a week. By April (next spring) you could be 40 pounds lighter and you'd have way more energy.
