Not so great. Some veggies would be good. The walking is great, how about some running? Drink lots of water to loose weight and to stay healthy.

Unbelievably bad. Kids need better nutrition advice at school I think.

Erm...Very Bad?a) Chips and doughnuts are fattening. too much sugar and fatsb) starving will lead to occasional loss of self-control, during which, compulsive eating takes overc) poor health is not beneficial for weight lossHere are steps she should try to follow:1) Eat 5 small meals a day. Eat slowly2) Don't eat just before bed3) Less snacks and sweet stuff. Eat fruits instead =)4) Go for walks everyday after dinner5) Exercise properly twice a week. Try to do so more than 20min. The body starts to burn more fat during long but more relaxing exercise6) Drink more water7) Be disciplined8) Try to find exercise buddies. and "weight loss" buddies9) Pick up a sport she will loveUnderstand that there are many body types. So the rate of weight loss for people eating exactly the same and on the same exercise programme will be different. Running is a good form of exercise, but for people who are slightly overweight, it is bad for the knees, and generally the lower body. Try swimming or aqua jogging instead.Do not be demoralised, and encourage her to work on it!! =) I hope this was helpful =)

62 what?? pounds?? Hope is not pounds! If she wants to lose weight THAT is not the way to do it! First of all, that is a process that takes time, if she keeps doing that, three things could happen: 1. nothing 2. gain weight 3. she could get sick. And also to lose weight and stay slim she needs to learn how to eat, if she just diets for a certain period of time and then starts eating like she always does she will gain weight again. And whats worst she could gain the double of pounds that she lost. She needs to go the the doctors to find better ways to eat all the things she likes but the right way.
