I've dropped 17 pounds in a week and a half. I ate once a day (dinner) drank nothing but water, lifted weights, and did cardio exercises every day.

I stopped eating processed food. I eat raw vegetables, fresh fruit, oatmeal, brown rice, tofu, lentils. If there are ingredients on the list that I cannot pronounce or buy in the store I will not eat it. I dont eliminate or restrict carbs, but I do keep my fat intake low and that helps. Any kind of cardio will be great for weight loss, brisk walking, jump roping, jogging, dancing. And if you want to tone up you can do light weight training which build muscle and you will burn more calories at rest.

My step mother has stopped eating carbs..which include bread, rice, grits, oatmeal, pasta and things of that nature. She still eats meats...u know, chicken, beef, fish....all of that is fine but it is the carbs that make you gain weight. If you stop eating carbs and walk for 15 to 20 minutes everday or any type of exercise, you will surely loose the pounds!! Good Luck!!

I know if you drink cranberry juice and kyan pepper only, which means no other food or beverage for a whole week you can loose alot of weight. You could also try being a flexitarian. Cutting out meat and only having it two times a week cuts alot of fat and calories. If you have depression switch your medication to Welbutrin its a major weight loss pill, it diminishes your appitite and its not common to loose up to twenty pounds on it depending on your weight. Or you could have 5 very small meals a day (more like 5 snacks)

the quickest ive lost weight was 32 pounds in two months! it was unhealthy but i needed to lose. i severly cut my calories. i only took in about 800 calories a day and drank nothing but water( lots of it) i ran in place, did crunches and sit ups,and arm exercises everyday for about an hour.it was drastic but it worked. it was a quick fix but if you dont change your lifestyle and eating habits you wont keep it off for long.

I'm trying to lose weight now after having 3 kids. When I was younger, I lost alot of weight by eating cereal for breakfast and lunch (it was rice krispies) 2% milk. For dinner I ate very sensible dinners. I would get on the treadmill and watch Days of Our Lives. Once it finished, I would do weights and a 15 minute ab workout. In all I would excersise about 1.5 hours. I wish I had the time to do that now.
