You can do all the fad diets you want.....weight loss comes down to 2 basic rules and some other important info---Rule 1---Burn more calories than you take in!Rule 2--- Sometimes a push away is just as effective as a push up! Meaning that push the dinner plate away from you. Watch what you eat, Read labels, Exersize(We all hate this)!Go for a walk, take the steps instead of the elevater. It Works.If you eat 1500 calories in a day try to burn 2000. And more important--Be realistic. It's very hard to go for a month without sweets or fatty goodness. Set aside 1 night a week when you can eat that pizza, bowl of ice cream or what ever. Just do a little extra at the gym the next day to pay for it.
