Umm Think about what your doing. Your 5' 3'' and want to lose 20 pounds. You already underweight. Plus 500 to 600 calories is not enough to live off of. and your doing alot of exercise for what your taking in. Your starting down a slippery slope and it's not a good idea. Please trust me on this. i went down that path but luckily my mom helped me see it wasn't a good idea. So please think about what your doing for your sake.

wow. that's not healthy at all. you're already thin enough.try just losing like 5 pounds and toning your body if you aren't already. it'll look a lot better if your body is toned rather than all of your bones just poking out of your skin.

Do some anaerobic exercises to kick start your metabolism. Eat more often, but smaller portions. Lift light weights, nothing your body gets in a groove with. If you do aerobic exercise for too long your muscles start to atrophy and you lose weight that way.

you are already at a good weight hun do not starve yourself your suppose to get 2000 calories a day to maintain your weight and you have already cut more than half...in all honesty if you want to loose the weight you need to space your food out more and maybe add one more thing it sounds crazy i know but your matabalism is like a fire if you don't give it wood it wont burn as hot so if you starve yourself you let the fire go out = whatever you put in your body turns to fat because your body is essentially hibernating to conserve energy

You're already just fine. The sexiest girl I've ever gone out with was 5'2" and weighed the same as you. Her weight was mostly from her muscle, which is probably true for you if you work out regularly. Mmmm!

You can eat a healthy food like fruits, vegetables, fish, and you should to eat the heavy food during breakfast and lunch and you eat the light foods at least in the evening and drink the water at least 8 glasses and take a enough of sleep at least 8 hours and regular exercise and don't eat too much sweets like chocolates, cakes and not to drink too much soda and softdrinks because you can getting fat and well like I'm also to do it of my strictly diets and of course I want to disciplined and to maintain it of my body and that's my loved ones were notice that I'm already thin and I'm lost 10 pounds from 113 to 103 pounds and that's why I'm just to continued it to maintain it of my own body and I'm always to checked it of my weighing scale and to keep my body fit

I wonder what your goal is... Malnutrition, perhaps? The healthy weight range for your height is around 107 to 124 pounds. Millions of other people in the world have difficulty reaching their ideal weight range. However, if you must insist on such an unwise goal, your current exercise and diet regimen will continue to make you lose weight. Weight not only from fats, but also from your muscles, bones, etc...

My field is in fashion, as a result many people ask me how they can slim down. My answer is always the same: good diet and exercise. But I found this great product which I think helps a lot in the process. I recommend you check this website http://www.fun-diet-easy.us , they have a free trial and you only pay $4.95 shipping and handling. Good luck!

Excess weight or obesity is by far the number one health concern in this country. Sixty percent of Americans are either overweight or obese, including over 20 percent of teenagers. All are at risk for serious physical and emotional health problems.Over three-quarters of obese adults, for example, suffer from high blood pressure, high cholesterol, coronary heart disease, diabetes or osteoarthritis. Nearly 40 percent have more than one of these conditions. They are also at risk for stroke and cancer. There are over 300,000 deaths per year from weight related causes.Body Mass Index or BMI is a good way to determine if you are carrying too much weight. The BMI is based on your height and weight, but it gives a better estimate than the older ideal body weight tables. Click here to calculate your BMI.Although there are many general causes for weight problems, the most responsible self-empowering one is that you’re simply eating too many calories for the amount of energy you’re expending. To control your weight you either have to decrease your calories or increase your exercise or some combination of the two. On and off dieting will not take care of the problem. Maintaining a healthy weight is a matter of day by day conscious control of both the amount and types of foods you eat and the level of physical activity in your life.
