I didn't do my 30mins exercise today (30 mins walking). So can I make it up to myself tommorrow if I do 1 hour of walking tommorrow or should I let myself off this time?OR should I do 30mins exercise now, like dancing? Or something? Its 9.30pm here so I cant go outside.

Hi Sarah, I think you should just start over tomorrow.Do 1 hr. if you can but don't beat-yourself-up about it.We all deserve a break from time to time. hopethishelps.

If you feel like exercising then just do it - dancing is more enjoyable, if you can do that now just go for it

dancing is a fun way to exercise. its your choice weather to do it or not. its not a big deal that you missed one day as long as you dont make a habit of it.just relax and enjoy the day off. dont stress.but if you are going to stress about it then id do something even if its just 15 mins.

yeah you can always make it up to yourself by doing something different by dancing & doing some push up's it's better than taking walks. i'm in RSA at the moment and it's 13:40 PM it's amazing how the world turns

Great job for keeping up daily cardio!!! Skipping one day is not going to do anything, just get right back on it tomorrow. But if it is bothering you enough to post it here, maybe you would feel better if you did something now to get it off your mind. Either way, all is good.

I think you are sweatin' the small stuff. If all you do is walk 30 minutes a day then missing one day is fine. At least you are doing something.
