You will burn about 300 additional calories, and help slightly speed up your metabolism for the rest of the day, so it will certainly be good for you. To make it even better, consider running those 3 miles Smile

depends on what you did at the gym, if you just keep up the same routine on your own at home you should be fine, calculate how many calories you burned a week at the gym and make sure you are burning the same from your at home excersizes. self.com has a good fitness calculator if you need to know how many calories you burn from various activities

You do not need a gym,you`re already @ a perfect weight , the lowest healthy weight for your height is 129. If you would like to achieve this weight intensifying your walking,and streching before and after your walk,make shure you`re getting @ least 100 grms. of protein in your diet ,several serving fruits and veggies ,@ least a gallon of water on the days that you walk,other days half your weight.
