i need to lose 30 lbs in a month..any tips?I lost 22lbs in the last 30 days but i'm not losing it as consistant anymore..

sorry, but that is really unhealthy, you should loose that much in like a half a year.......but hey if you wanna eat like 500 cals a day and laxatives and water only for the next thirty days then lol okay all the best to you?

why lose so much weight in such short amount of time? Actually if you must do this then you have better be ready for it. The fastest way is to do a low carb diet. However, low carb diet means no sugared softdrinks, no candy, no sweets, NO BEER!!! (because it's considered a carb), no bread, no pasta, no potato chips. Yup. It's very strict.You might have better luck if you also did 45-60min of cardio (running, biking, walking) 4 times a week. And even better luck if you also added weight lifting alternating with the cardio exercise. Good luck to you.Good luck to you

I don't think you can lose 30 lbs in 1 month. . . try a low carb diet and not too much dairy. NO BEER!!!!! do atleast 30-60mins exercise everyday like walking, jogging, cycling etc.Good luckOoxoO
