Okay not really a question but more of an information on how to lose weight if your lazy. i would recommend goign on a water or juice fast, it has to be juice you made with a juicer and not adding sugar. The fast is healthy as long as it doen't exceed 1-40 days. The one and most IMPORTANT RULE is to listen to your body! If you are, after a 3 day period, untorlorably hungry, then eat! But only after 3 days, because of course you'll be hungry the first 3 days. Okay now on to busy-ness.Water and juice fasting:Should not exceed40 days.Your body will rid itself of toxins, so you may experience bad breath, headaches, tierdness, weakness, if it's to muchfor you to handle then stop fasting! But you must stop the right way! Go to falconblanco.com to find out more. And also you will lose 3-4 pounds a day for the first few days, it may continue that way or go down to one pound a day. | you can also do the master cleanser google that....or a V8 diet it really does work and i have found that once you do that for a week or so you dont want to eat crap either you will want to eat healthy and you wont want to eat a whole lot you will just want to eat to quench your hunger |

| Just cut off a limb or two....that's a good way to lose 20 pounds quick! (That would still make more sense then this diet plan) |

| This is such crap. The only way to lose weight is to burn more calories than you eat, and ANY fast accomplishes that whether you embellish it with drinking liquids or not. But if your caloric intake is too low, your body will adapt, put you into starvation mode, and try NOT to lose weight. So fasting becomes counterproductive. Stay healthy. Don't fall for this ridiculous nonsense. |
