im 14i am 125 pounds and im only 5'5i am not musculari want to lose 10 poundsbut nothing works!my parents don't let me diet they say just eat healthier dearbut that doesnt do anything!i dont want to have to starve myself but im worried that if i dont do something i may take drastic measures. Please help me

wow! you just described me, like 2 months ago! i am 14, 5,5 and 115 pounds. i was 125 a while ago haha. heres what i did:1. write down everything you eat in one day, and decide what to cut out or change.2. while your watching T.V, drink water. because a HIGH weight gain is eating while your watching T.V.3. Take Dance, or sports. Help you lose like crazy.4. i learned a dance routin from a full house episode, and i learned it, and did it over and over every night. it was SUPER fun, and i lost!Now let me end with saying, you dont need to lose weight, 125 is normal.but trust me, i lost 20 pounds in like, 3 months! Go! go! go! hehe xD

at 14 you really don't need to worry about weight loss. Just maintain eating a healthy diet of fruits, veggies, breads, and protein. Join track or cross country. All that running will for sure make you lose weight and make you a lot healthier. If you dont want to do that join your local YMCA/gym and workout there.

oki....you are in a growing stage right now.First you must be honest! Do not say nothing works if youhave not tried everything.Saying that....Yes do eat right,do not deprive yourself of yummy foods,justeat in moderations.Start your morning with eggsfor breakfast with some fruit,eggwhites only,alternatedrinking juice or milk.put up to2tblspns. of cayennepepper on your foods,throughout the day,not all@once.Cinn.on your oatmeal,alternate the brkfstchoices.Also,eat melons anything you would likeadd no sweetners.For Snacks:nuts,berries,grapesapples....the list goes on.Green vegies,help burn fatStay away from red meats,go for poultry,fish k?garlic,parsley,ginger are great as well.drink h20.walk as often as you can,jump rope,hopskotch,bikewhen you can.I know it is cold now,garage for thefirst 2 wrk.Do squats,leg lifts,pushups...be religousabout it,if you need more help,just ask Smile

lily.your are NOTNOTNOT fat.how many times exactly have i told you that?but, if you want some other advice, instead of watching tv or sitting around not doing anything, go for a walk or bike ride. if you dont wanna go alone, get your parents [or call me!] to go with you.
