HelloI am getting married abroad in 5 weeks. I need to lose 5-6 inches off my waist and the same of my hips and thighs. Ive made myself a gym in my garage. I have are a cross trainer, jump rope, trampoline, and boxing bag (and aerobic dvd). I wish I could just power walk every day but the rain and snow wont let me Sad and I ccant afford a gymcan anyone think of a super effective routine using the equipment I have? Coz I neeed to lose 5-6 inches off my waist and hips (3 dress sizes) And Im eating lowfat/lowcarb as it is.Any ideas? Thanks xx

Well i used to do boxingI would prefer it walking jogging gets boringat least doing boxing you can kick butt !!!lol xxid go for the boxingmy brother lost 2 stone from doing pilatespilates are really good for quick fat burn xx

boxing? hmm, i dont think so. if you wanna kick your fance's butt, go ahead. but if you wanna lose weight, i think running would be a good choice.
