I am 13, 5'5 and 177, and i would like to lose a bit of weight. any help?

First change your eating habits and get up more, yogurt fills you up don't starve the weight will only come back try water and diet drinks and walk at least 30 minutes a day cut back when you eat smaller portions dont eat late at night and snack on 100 calorie packs...goodluck
