| As of this morning, I have tipped the scale at 300 lbs. I know, its totally disgusting and I can't take this anymore. If you were to look at me, you wouldn't think it was that much, but sadly enough it is. I also want to say that I'm not one of those people who just sits around. I am active(not as much as i use to be) I use to play softball and love being active. I've just always been a bigger girl, but since my latest brush with slight depression, the weight situation has gotten out of control. The things that I was wondering about is:*ways to lose weight*intense exercise to do at home*simple foods plans to follow*any other information would be greatThank you so much! |

You need to:1. Go to your doctor or a nutritionist to tell you healthy ways to do this.2. Go to weight watchers. Visit www.weightwatchers.com and look up meetings in your area. I absolutely love their program - it's very easy and very fun.3. Figure out exercises that you like to do. Personally, I like to blast disco or hiphop music and dance around the house. I also really like to swim, so I joined a gym with a pool. You're not going to workout unless you're doing an activity you enjoy.Best of luck to you. My biggest tip when losing weight - JUST BECAUSE YOU DROPPED ONE EGG, DON'T THROW DOWN THE WHOLE BASKET - in otherwords, if you slipped and had that really delicious glazed doughnut for breakfast, you can still eat healthy the rest of the day!!! |

| Weight loss is really quite simple; there are only two things you need do to reach your goals:1. Restrict daily calories to 1600 calories per day. By increasing the amount of fruits and vegetables you eat, you will be able to keep your intake at this level without feeling hungry or uncomfortable.2. Exercise for one hour a day, every single day. It can be anything from pilates to just plain walking, but do it. One hour. Every day. This is a pretty simple recipe for weight loss, but it works. It has worked for me; I have lost 78 pounds this way. I even lost weight over Thanksgiving. It will work for you if you commit to it and stick to it.Good luck! |
