| When should I be seeing the scale moving down? I've done 4 workouts this week with diet and the scale said I lost .5 lbs. Doesn't seem like much |

| Don't watch the scale. Only use the scale every 2 weeks. You should be making observations in the mirror and how your clothes fit. Pick one pair of pants or dress, and see how it fits week to week. |
