| I started exercising every night for about 30minutes to an hour like push ups sit ups and the rest is mostly stretching, i want to start running as well whats a good way to start out and how do i advance after consistently doing so. Please give me a long in depth answer, THANKS. Also i don't hyave any weights to lift and i also want to gain muscle, is there an easy way to do so without lifting weights for the time being?Also im only 18haha wow im retarded i meant 220 not 120 My bad |

| its easy eat lessexercise helps very littleonly eat 1500 calories a dayif you still dont get to your ideal weight then its because its unhealthyit will take you 40-52 weeks to lose 40lbsabout 1lb per week |

| Cardio, carido, cardio. Burn more calories then you eat and don't lift, you'll just gain muscle weight. And drink tons of water... |

| Well, Cardio is actually the best was to lose weight. If you start out walking, and then gradually and a few minutes of jogging, and then every week add a few more minutes of jogging, that should be sufficient. Try to work up to about 30 minutes of cardio on most days of the week. (Also, you could power walk, climb stairs etc. (anything that gets your heart pumping)). The sit ups and push ups are good for now since you don't have any weights. Also use a chair and do dips. (you can look up some moves on shape.com). Or you could use 2 liter bottles of soda that you have filled up with water for the time being. Also, try to eat healthy, eat whole grains, (brown rice, wheat bread), lots of vegetables, fruit, lean proteins (such as chicken, turkey, and fish). and lots of water. Cut out any soda that you are drinking (unless diet) and stay away from beverages that have alot of calories (such a fruit juices) |
